An Epic Icon needs an Epic Team! Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime chance? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Retail Manager - IGA to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
Key Duties
- Leading the IGA Supermarket team in product presentation and merchandising.
- Driving sales revenue by enhancing the average spend of guests and residents, and ensuring that profit targets are met.
- Daily management of staff, ensuring that they are aligned with the business's short, medium, and long-term plans.
- Maintain IGA compliance measures, including conducting daily temperature checks and weights calibration.
