Are you enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about supporting young learners? Little Flower Junior OSHC is looking for casual educators to join our vibrant team! If you’re available for mornings, afternoons, and school holiday shifts, this is your chance to make a real difference in children’s lives.
About Us
Little Flower Junior OSHC operates from a dedicated space on the grounds of St Anthony’s Primary School, proudly serving the school community for over 13 years. With a capacity for up to 130 children, our program caters to children’s age, skills, interests, and abilities through a wide variety of fun, engaging, and challenging activities. We also maintain a close relationship with our Senior Campus, Padua Senior OSHC, providing a seamless connection for children as they transition to older programs.
As an educator, you’ll report to the coordinator and bring energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to every shift. You’ll support primary school‑aged children to learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment.
A Day in the Life
- Provide nurturing, high‑quality care for children
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming setting
- Create fun, recreational, and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate within an established team to achieve the best outcomes
- Participate in exciting excursions during Vacation Care
- Come to work excited to make a difference every day!
What You’ll Need
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards) – desirable but not essential
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Passion for supporting school‑aged children in a play‑based learning environment
