Location: Boddington, Western Australia – just 130 km from Perth CBD. The role offers DIDO accommodation in our Village.
Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, this role is for experienced Process Technicians in a gold processing plant or those keen to start a career in gold processing and utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operating functions within the Processing Plant to achieve optimal operational and production goals safely.
- Demonstrate awareness of safety and environmental practices throughout all areas of Newmont Boddington Gold.
- Ensure compliance with all procedures, policies, legal requirements and agreed conditions.
- Participate in safety and environmental meetings, audits, risk assessments and Toolbox meetings.
- Complete pre-start checks and maintain equipment standards; coordinate plant inspections per schedules.
- Inspect and audit work areas for compliance with site standards, procedures and policies.
- Maintain 100% completion of mandatory training competencies.
- Assist utilities team with housekeeping, spillage clean‑up, hosing down areas, and general process technician duties.
- Maintain unsealed roads, carparks, laydowns,
stockpiles and tip heads using mobile equipment.
- Encourage and support workplace diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications
- Computer literate.
- Current manual C class driver’s licence (HR driver’s licence advantageous).
- Team‑oriented with a genuine interest in a career as a Process Technician.
- Positive, protected attitude and willingness to participate in team objectives.
