More About You – Sales Assistant
The ideal candidate will have a customer‑first mentality and a passion for creating a fun, authentic shopping experience. You thrive in a busy, sales‑driven setting and enjoy engaging with customers.
Your Role
- Provide high levels of customer service and build strong rapport.
- Sound cash handling and EFTPOS.
- Learn and maintain solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business.
- Maintain high store standards, assist with merchandising and presentation.
- Work toward budgets, targets and KPIs.
- Assist with stock control and quality management.
- Follow national legislation, WHS and security guidelines.
You Will Also Have
- A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to work within a fast‑paced retail environment.
- A happy, friendly and energetic personality.
- A desire to deliver high‑quality customer service.
- Valid Police Check required if successful in interview stage.
