About the Role
We are looking for qualified, reliable, and passionate Personal Care Workers or Enrolled Nurses to join our team. If you have experience in the Aged Care sector, that's great—but if not, we’re still eager to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personal care, including hygiene assistance and dressing
- Assisting with daily errands, companionship and general support
- Supporting clients in social, recreational, or academic activities
- Preparing meals, feeding clients, and administering medications
- Observing and reporting any changes in a client’s wellbeing
- Responding effectively to emergency situations
What We Need From You
- Certificate III in Individual Care (or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on current challenges
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Driver’s license
Bonus (but not essential)
- Working with Children Certificate
