Digital Marketing Specialist
Our client is one of Australia’s fastest-growing health and wellness brands, trusted by a passionate community and backed by strong product demand. They’re now searching for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to help scale their e‑commerce growth across paid social, search and website optimisation.

Role
- Manage and optimise Meta Ads and support Google Ads campaigns (competent + curious).
- Drive e‑commerce performance across awareness, acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Work on Shopify to improve website usability, CRO opportunities and product performance.
- Run structured A/B testing, creative testing and audience development.
- Analyse results across Meta, Google, GA4 and Shopify – turning insights into action.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and content to execute smart, data‑driven ideas quickly.
Experience Required
- Digital marketing with solid hands‑on execution.
- Comfortable working across Meta Ads with exposure to Google Ads.
- Ideally some e‑commerce experience (Retail, D2C, DTC or product‑based industries).
- Technically capable – confident using websites, Shopify, tracking tools and analytics.
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, growth environment and enjoys taking ownership.
