Working at our Traralgon branch and reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll focus on building strong customer relationships with local farmers, primary producers, and trade customers by:

- Delivering outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone, building strong client relationships
- Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives to drive branch performance.
- Accurately processing counter sales, manage stock levels, and perform regular stocktakes.
- Handling goods dispatch and receipt, including loading/unloading trucks and completing local deliveries.
- Maintaining compliance with EH&S; policies and ensure safe handling of hazardous substances.

What You'll Bring:

- Previous exposure to agriculture or rural merchandise sales.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Practical experience in stock control, inventory processes, and warehouse operations.
- A team-oriented approach with flexibility to assist across branch functions.
