- Total Remuneration $121,744 to $131,995 pa (including salary of $102,876 to $111,538 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Position Requirements

- A degree with at least four years’ subsequent relevant experience (in public law, conflict resolution, investigations, or a related field); or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Sound knowledge of student conduct management frameworks, particularly relating to behavioural risk, psychological wellbeing and safety.
- Strong understanding of principles of procedural fairness, natural justice, and confidentiality, especially in an investigative or regulatory context.
- Proven experience conducting investigations into complex, high-risk, or sensitive behavioural matters in an education, legal, mental health, or regulatory setting.
