Structured Onboarding & Clinical Supervision
You won’t be thrown in the deep end here.
A 2-week supported induction period (with full shadowing of all clinicians across the clinic)
Gradual caseload increase across your first 6 months and lower new graduate caseload across the first 12 months.

1:1 Weekly supervision/mentoring with internal and external OTs
