Sap Solutions Architect
Office: Galileo Search Sydney, Current South Wales, Australia (Hybrid)
Contract: 12‑Month SAP Solution Architect Contract (Max Term 12 months) – Sydney or Melbourne
Working on a significant SAP transformation across logistics, manufacturing and finance. We’re looking for a hands‑on SAP Solution Architect who can be the design authority and keep a complex landscape clean, scalable and future‑proof.
What this role is really about:
- Owning solution design – best‑practice, low‑customisation, and aligned to enterprise standards
- Driving integration quality – SAP on‑prem & cloud integration, APIs, OData, IDoc, regression coverage, quality gates
- Deep functional strength – ECC / SD / Logistics / PP with the ability to translate business requirements into strong SAP architecture
- Partnering across infra,
security & business SMEs to deliver fit‑for‑purpose, frictionless design
- Continuous improvement – strengthening weak areas, supporting upgrades, enhancements, and lifecycle management
- Strong stakeholder handling – PMs, BAs, analysts, and cross‑functional IS teams
- Nice to have: manufacturing exposure, understanding of Basis/infra, and experience supporting large manufacturing or production environments.
This is a hands‑on architecture role — ideal for someone who enjoys solving complexity without over‑engineering.
