To find out more visit our website at **.****About the role:**At MSS Security, we’re looking for a confident and capable Full Time Relief Security Officer to become a trusted part of our Defence operations at a secured based in Western Sydney. This position plays a critical role in protecting Defence personnel, assets, and infrastructure through proactive patrols, access management, and strong on - site presence.You’ll operate in a complex and sensitive environment where professionalism, discretion, and situational awareness are essential. More than just a frontline role, this is your chance to be part of a team contributing directly to Australia’s national security.We’re looking for Security Officers who are calm under pressure, detail - oriented and understand the importance of consistency in secure environments. This isn’t your average security post - working on a Defence site means operating to a higher standard, where your professionalism and discretion have a direct impact on national operations.**About you:*** **Australian Citizenship** - required for Defence security clearance eligibility* A current **Security Licence** valid in NSW* Baseline Defence Clearance or must be willing to obtain a Baseline Clearance* Excellent **communication skills** and the ability to interact confidently with Defence personnel and site stakeholders* The ability to **remain calm under pressure** and make sound decisions* A solid sense of **integrity**, **accountability**,
