The Role
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager you will manage a portfolio of growing brands and play a pivotal role in shaping their success. Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the development of strategic brand plans with Brand Principals/owners
- Providing market insights to drive consumer and trade marketing strategies
- Identifying opportunities for product launches and current product development (NPD)
- Executing go‑to‑market strategies with precision
- Writing briefs for external agencies and managing projects end‑to‑end
- Leading the creative process for advertising and promotional materials
- Managing A&P; budgets and brand P&L; accountability
- Delivering merchandising materials to support the field force and working closely with the field for seamless activations
- Evaluating campaign effectiveness and driving continuous improvement
- Overseeing new product launch planning and forecasting for manufacturing and inventory
- Building PR relationships with magazine editors and media partners
- Monitoring and optimising social media accounts and websites
About You
You are either:
- A high‑performing commercially aware FMCG Brand Manager OR
- An experienced Trade Activations Manager wanting to gain some marketing experience
You’ll bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business
- Energy, resilience, and a proactive, can‑do attitude
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working closely with sales for activation of instore initiatives
- A collaborative mindset, thriving in cross‑functional and external partnerships
- Excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills
- The ability to meet deadlines with urgency and precision
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Passion for brand marketing, creativity, and commercial acumen
