The Opportunity:
This is a full-time, hands-on role where you'll be the hero of the hour for our customers. You'll be working exclusively on cars (no heavy trucks!), using contemporary equipment to deliver precision fits, perfect balances, and spot-on alignments. If you get satisfaction from seeing a customer drive away with a safer, smoother ride, this is the place for you.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Expert Hands-On Work: Fit, balance, and repair a wide variety of car tyres with speed and precision.
- Master the Details: Perform advanced wheel alignments to maximise tyre life and vehicle performance.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Help customers choose the perfect tyres for their needs and budget.
- Champion Our Standards: Keep your workspace clean, organised, and safe, upholding our top-tier reputation.
- Deliver the "Wow" Factor: Provide friendly, knowledgeable service that turns first-time customers into lifelong fans.
Is this you?
- You have some experience as a Tyre Fitter and/or Wheel Aligner. Don't have 10 years? No problem! We are happy to train the right person – someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- You’re not just "mechanically minded"; you have a knack for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- You understand that a clean job is a quality job.
- You’re a people person who can chat comfortably with customers.
- You’re reliable, have a valid driver's licence, and your own transport to get to work.
