About The Role

Springwood Hotel is refurbishing and buzzing with energy, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Bar Attendants to join the team. Work across five unique bars, a 300-seat restaurant and more exciting things to come… no shift is ever the same!
A Day In The Life Of a Bar Attendant
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to venue standards
- Operate POS systems, process transactions and handle cash accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar areas, equipment and glassware
- Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive and efficient customer service
- Monitor responsible service of alcohol and uphold compliance requirements
About You
- To be 18+
- A current RSA
- Availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Solid customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
- Previous bar experience (cocktails, beer tapping, POS, cash handling)
Inherent Requirements
- This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
