What You’ll Do:
- Meet with warm leads and help them design their perfect patio
- Deliver quotes that balance lifestyle benefits and honest pricing
- Be the human face of The Patio Factory — kind, explicit, and trustworthy
- Help qualify leads and improve how marketing and sales work together
How We’ll Measure Success:
- Sales conversion rate
- Average deal value and profit margins
- Revenue generated each month
- Customer feedback and experience

Compensation:
- Contractor Model: Commission only — high rates
- Employee Model: Base salary + significant commission
- Extras: Fuel allowance + % commissions
