The Role Millennium is currently seeking a professional, reliable and experienced Security Officer to join our team at a dynamic retail location in
Reservoir . This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a skilled and motivated group in a supportive workplace. Positions are available on a full‑time and/or part‑time basis, with shifts across weekends and weekdays.
Roster 1
Wednesday to Saturday – 15:30 – 00:30 (Total Hours: 45)
Monday & Tuesday – 15:30 – 00:30; Saturday & Sunday – 06:30 – 15:30 (Total Hours: 36)
Tuesday & Wednesday – 08:30 – 15:30; Saturday & Sunday – 08:30 – 15:30 (Total Hours: 28)
Monday – 08:30 – 15:30; Thursday & Friday – 08:30 – 15:30; Saturday & Sunday – 15:30 – 22:30 (Total Hours: 35)
Monday to Friday – 15:30 – 22:30 (Total Hours:
35)
Roster 2 (Mandatory)
Wednesday – 15:30 – 00:30
Thursday – 15:30 – 00:30
Saturday – 06:30 – 15:30
Sunday – 06:30 – 15:30
Key Responsibilities
Patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Adhere to all relevant security protocols and procedures.
Respond to emergencies, alarm events and calls for assistance, providing necessary support.
Assess and respond to situations of risk.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
A valid Security Licence.
Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
Previous experience in a retail environment (highly regarded).
Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shifts.
A good level of physical fitness (patrols are part of the role).
Reliable transportation (preferred).
The ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Strong attention to detail.
A proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
You must have valid work rights in Australia.
Please indicate your preferred schedule from Roster 1 and confirm your availability for Roster 2 (Roster 2 is mandatory for this role).
