If you love real mechanical work, performance builds, and being part of a workshop that’s actually going somewhere — keep reading. ? Who We Are Rockstar Automotive & Performance is a busy, fast-moving workshop specialising in Subarus, performance cars, rally prep, dyno tuning and all the day-to-day mechanical stuff. We’re expanding, upgrading, and building a team that wants to grow with the business — not just clock in and clock out. ? What We’re Looking For Someone who actually enjoys the trade and wants to get better every year. We want a mechanic who can: Handle servicing, brakes, clutches, timing belts, suspension, diagnostics Think ahead, work clean, and take pride in doing it properly Follow procedures, write clear job notes, and communicate when needed Be reliable, on time, and ready to learn Bonus: performance experience, rally background, tuning interest, Subaru knowledge We don’t expect you to know everything — we want someone hungry to improve, grow, and back themselves. ? What the Job Involves You’ll get a mix of everything:
General mechanical repairs Subaru performance work Engine builds, head gaskets, timing systems Suspension, handling upgrades, alignments Diagnostics + electrical fault finding Motorsport prep and rally car work Helping us push the workshop to the next level If you like variety and hate boring shops, you’ll fit in here. ?
