Make a Real Impact in Neurological Rehabilitation

Join MS Queensland’s Allied Health team and make a real impact supporting people living with multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions. As a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist, you’ll help clients improve function, maintain independence, and enhance their quality of life through evidence-based, person-centred care.

You’ll manage your own caseload within a cooperative, supportive environment that values shared learning, regular debriefs, and ongoing professional growth.

What’s on offer

- Part-time (30.4 hrs/week, Mon–Thu) based in Toowoomba, with the flexibility to work from home to complete admin + support from our Milton-based Neuro Wellness Hub

- Manage your own caseload of NDIS clients with autonomy and purpose

- Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision, peer group sessions, and access to mentors with 20+ years’ neuro rehabilitation experience

- Be part of a collaborative, values-driven team led by Tom Crouch, Creative Allied Health Services Leader

- Work-life balance: Flexible work options and hybrid arrangements including paid admin time.

Ideal for both experienced physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, as well as new graduates, this role offers the perfect mix of independence, support, and professional growth.

Does this sound like you?

- For Physiotherapists: Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration (or in process), with eligibility for APA membership and insurance.

- For Exercise Physiologists: Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology and current ESSA accreditation (or in process).





- Neuro Wellness Interest: Whether you are a graduate or experienced clinician, a strong interest in neurological rehabilitation is essential.

- Person-centred: Committed to improving the lives of people with disabilities through tailored, meaningful care.

- Self-reliant & Connected: Confident working independently, especially in isolated settings, while maintaining strong communication with your wider team.

- Organised & Qualified: Manage time effectively, take initiative, and contribute to service improvement.

To join us, you’ll need to complete key compliance checks including NDIS screening, a Blue Card, national police clearance, and NDIS worker training.
