Three Blue Ducks Rosebery is set in a rustic warehouse in Sydney, serving honest, seasonal dishes made with ethically sourced ingredients. We’re a professional but fun team, and we’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run our front-of-house operations and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
The Role:
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Venue Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, support and inspire our FOH team, and uphold the Ducks’ values of genuine hospitality and sustainability. You’ll be hands-on, energetic, and ready to make things happen.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with managing the daily operations of the restaurant
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the FOH team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly
- Support rostering, team training, and performance management
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards
About You:
- Experience in hospitality management or as a FOH supervisor
- Robust leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Positive, energetic, and hands-on approach
- Passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and guest experience
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
