About the Position
We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and nurturing Early Childhood Professionals to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Education & Care
- Provide high-quality education and care for children aged 0–5 years
- Support children’s learning through intentional teaching, play-based experiences, and meaningful interactions
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times
- Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
- Maintain a warm, responsive, and inclusive environment for all children and families
Documentation & Programming
- Contribute to observations, documentation, and assessment of children’s learning
- Assist with maintaining accurate daily records, routines, and communication with families
- Support the creation of engaging learning environments and curriculum experiences
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with educators and the leadership team
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, children, and families
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development
- Follow all service policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Professional Conduct
- Demonstrate reliable, respectful, and consistent professional behaviour
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the service’s values and philosophy
- Engage in reflective practice and continuous improvement

About You
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude, solid communication skills, and a passion for working with young children
