Job Description
Machine Operator Trainee l Welshpool l $30.36 per hour

About the Role:
- Assisting qualified tradespeople and experienced machine operators
- Basic packing, stacking, sorting, and handling of materials
- Feeding raw materials into machines under supervision
- Performing simple assembly and production tasks
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace, including sweeping and general housekeeping
- Moving materials around the workshop using safe manual-handling practices
Experience:
- Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in machinery
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Manual-handling and physical fitness
- Familiarity with safety procedures (PPE, workshop safety)
- Teamwork and reliability
Benefits: Casual with Full Time Hours $30.36 per hour
38 hours/week Monday to Thursday 5am – 1.30pm Fridays 5am - 11am
Extras:
- Training available on site, once completed pay rate will increase. This is a casual placement with the opportunity to go Full Time.
