About the Role
As the Store Manager, you will lead a busy Kippa Ring store, coach a small team and deliver sales results. You will focus on service, team development and the customer experience. You will also handle store operations, reporting and working towards monthly targets. This is a hands on role that suits someone who enjoys leading from the front.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager ready to step up
- Strong sales coaching and KPI management skills
- Confident with tech products and learning new systems
- Ability to build a positive, high energy team culture
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
