? We’re Hiring! Outdoor Educator – Community-Based Preschool ?

Are you passionate about nature, outdoor learning, and creating meaningful experiences for young children? Our community-based preschool is seeking a dedicated Outdoor Educator to join our team for 16 hours per week.

About the Role:
As our Outdoor Educator, you will lead engaging outdoor play and learning experiences that nurture children’s curiosity, confidence, and connection with the natural environment. You will work collaboratively with our teaching team to create safe, inclusive, and inspiring outdoor environments where children can explore, discover, and grow.

Position Details:

- Outdoor Educator – 16 hours per week

- Start date: Tuesday 27th January 2026

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Loves the outdoors and enjoys working in all-weather conditions
✔ Understands the value of play-based, nature-inspired learning
✔ Is passionate, energetic, and supportive
✔ Can work collaboratively within a team




✔ Has experience in early childhood or outdoor education (preferred)
✔ Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in early childhood education qualifications
✔ Have a current WWCC, First Aid, CPR and Child Protection certification
