About the Company:

Location:
Gillman, SA
Roster:
Monday to Friday - 5 to 7am start (8 hours a day + overtime)
Rate: $37.73 / hour + Overtime + Super
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Operating and driving HR vehicles.
- Transporting goods safely and efficiently over designated routes. (Multi drop deliveries within metro area)
- Sign for their loads, including pre-departure documentation.
- Interact with customers upon delivery.
- Complying with all traffic laws and regulations related to heavy vehicle operation.
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness.
- Maintaining accurate records of driving hours, rest periods, and vehicle maintenance.
- Monitoring vehicle performance and promptly reporting mechanical issues.
- Adhering to company policies and safety procedures while on the road.
- Interacting professionally with customers and other road users.
- Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods while managing delivery schedules.
Requirements:
- HR Licence (essential)
- Comfortable reversing (essential)
- Tautliner experience (essential)
- Be physically fit.
- Attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Friendly manner for customer interaction.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Willing to assist other drivers.
- Able to follow instructions.
- Have clean police record.
- Able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
