The prospect
IMDEX is on a bold journey to expand its digital footprint, recently acquiring three cutting-edge technology companies. To support this exciting growth, we’re creating a brand-new role — Finance Integration Analyst for an 15-18 month fixed term contract.
As a Finance Integration Analyst, you will support the Finance Integration Manager in executing integration activities for mergers and acquisitions. Your focus will be on financial analysis, process alignment, and system integration to ensure accurate reporting and compliance during transitions. Success in this role means delivering timely, high-quality integration outcomes and supporting global finance teams.
Main responsibilities include:
· Assist with finance integration activities for acquired entities.
· Deliver accounting requirements including month-end, half-year, and annual processes.
· Align acquired entities with IMDEX group accounting policies and systems.
· Support budgeting and forecasting processes for integrated entities.
· Act as a finance business partner to acquired companies and internal stakeholders.
· Identify and implement process improvements and standardisation.

you will need:
Essential:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar, CA/CPA qualified.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a global/multi-national company or Big-4 environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and month-end close.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Desirable
- Experience in M&A; projects, financial integration or finance transformation.
