Job Overview

Hourly rate of $32.25 per hour. 50% discount on accommodation across all Minor Hotel brands in Australia and New Zealand. Access to Minor Hotels ANZ paid parental leave benefits. We are currently seeking a casual Landscaper to join our hard‑working maintenance team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort.

Responsibilities

- Maintain the high standard of presentation at the property and its surrounding areas, including golf course, gardens, lawns, pool areas, and other common areas.
- Undertake grounds care including mowing, fertilising, and gardening.
- Assist in irrigation system maintenance and management.
- Carry out the maintenance of all tools and equipment (unless tradespersons are required).
- Assist in servicing the pool and spa areas.
- Be vigilant for hazards and risks within the workplace that could cause harm and report accordingly.
- Build & maintain skilled and courteous relationships with guests, co-workers and management.

Qualifications

- Exceptional communication, management and leadership skills.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise based on workload.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience of working in a similar role (implied but include reliability and organisational skills).
