School Based Youth Health Nurse

In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values.

About The Role

As the School Based Youth Health Nurse Service you will provide advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning and coordination skills in the clinical support of young people with complex care needs, ensuring quality standards are met. This role works autonomously within the Healthcare Team structure and is pivotal in the planning, managing and delivering of specialist youth health nursing care.

Your Contribution Will Include

- Accountable for Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and own standards, actions and the outcomes of own nursing practice, professional advice given and for activities delegated.
