Goodstart is looking for an Early Childhood Educator to join our small, vibrant Centre in Innisfail.
Location & Hours
Innisfail, Cassowary Coast Region QLD 4860 – Part‑time position.
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly pay ranges from $32.43–$36.53 + Super (at least 5% above award)

About Goodstart Innisfail
This 57‑place centre provides a nurturing, inclusive and culturally rich workplace for children ranging from 15 months to 5 years. Key Responsibilities
As a Goodstart Educator you will:
- Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design and enhance exceptional learning programs.
- Ensure a safe,
inclusive and engaging learning environment for all children.
- Apply the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards in daily practice.
- Maintain current QLD Working with Children Check and support child safety protocols.
- Engage with families and support the community focus of the centre.
What you’ll need
- Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA‑approved equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
