Due to growth, our client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Personal Injury/Workers Compensation Lawyer (2–5+ years PAE) to join their high‑performing team. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with a talented, approachable team on a variety of personal injury claims, including:
Workers’ compensation (statutory and common law)
Public liability
Your responsibilities will include:
Running your caseload of litigated matters from start to finish
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with commercial acumen
Conducting thorough claim evaluations and assessing liability and quantum
Maintaining strong, empathetic client relationships
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members
