Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a talented Diesel Mechanic to join our team specialising in Heavy Vehicle repairs and maintenance across on-highway, construction, mining, and agriculture customers based at our Emerald branch. Let Cummins train you to be an engine expert.
Roles and Impact
- Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products
- Diagnose and repair various engines
- Engine rebuilding and reconditioning
- Disassemble, inspect, and clean engines and components
Responsibilities
- Australian recognised mechanical trades qualified as Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Plant mechanic. Light vehicle with heavy vehicle experience may also be considered.
- Previous repairs and maintenance experience with On Highway Truck, Mining, Construction or Agriculture applications is desirable but not essential.
- Kenworth, Western Star, Hitachi, Komatsu & Liebherr experience highly desirable.
Qualifications
Field service background required.
