About the role

As a Customer Service Coordinator , you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing high-quality customer support and administrative assistance. Your work will directly contribute to a positive client experience and the overall success of our service delivery.

What you'll be doing

- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with order processing, account management, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information in the database
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail




- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (desired)
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
