Property Lawyer – WA (WFH) | Pathway to State Practice Manager
$110,000 – $140,000 per year based on experience

What We’re Looking For
You are:
A Western Australian Property Lawyer with experience in conveyancing/property law.
Skilled with PEXA, Duties/Revenue Office compliance , and able to handle a range of conveyancing matters, commercial, subdivision or off-the-plan experience is a definite plus.
A confident adviser who can manage your own files and support a conveyancing team with strong legal input.
Comfortable in a tech-enabled, paperless environment and excited about remote-first work.
Positive, collaborative, client-centric and aligned with our values of service excellence.
The Role
As a Property Lawyer at Bond, you’ll play an integral role in supporting our Western Australian footprint while also being part of a robust national legal team.
Managing and advising on your own conveyancing and property law files from contract to settlement in collaboration with your assistant (full-time assistant provided for each Lawyer).
Providing legal support and guidance to conveyancers, ensuring smooth resolutions and excellent client outcomes.
Handling contract preparation and reviews, subdivisions, building contracts, mortgage/guarantor documents,
and solicitor certificates.
Working closely with our Principal Lawyer and Practice Leadership to continually improve our client and partner experience.
