Support Worker – Part Time or Casual Role (Three Days Per Week) | Hoxton Park NSW
We’re looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our growing team at Real Care Given Disability Service. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love matching the right people to the right supports, this could be your perfect fit!
About the role
Part‑time : three support days per week
Immediate start
Liverpool area local preferred
The Support Worker will be responsible for providing daily assistance to one client in the Liverpool area, including personal care, household tasks, and companionship. The role also includes supporting our client in achieving their personal goals, promoting independence, and ensuring their safety and well‑being.
We need reliable workers so we can ensure our participant receives consistent, reliable support.
Qualifications
- Experience in personal care and assistance
- Skills in household tasks and maintaining a clean and safe workplace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to promote independence and support clients in achieving their goals
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in disability support or a related field
- First aid training and valid driver's licence are non‑negotiables
You’ll bring
- Strong compassion and patience/empathy skills
- Excellent punctuality and reliability
- Experience in support work, or similar for NDIS participants (disability or care sector preferred)
- A positive, can‑do attitude and genuine care for people
