About the position
Our gaming team play an important part to our Club operations. Wests provides members and guests with a wide range of promotional events and activities for our gaming patrons. Wests Bar and Gaming operations provide quality service to our members and guests in both indoor areas and thoughtfully appointed outdoor spaces, including designated smoking areas. Our Mayfield site has a casual opportunity for a Promotions Attendant to join our experienced and friendly team.
- Host Bingo, Housie, Hoi and Raffles
- Provide friendly customer service
- Compliance to Club and Government regulations
- Set up and pack down of promotions and gaming activities
- Conduct and facilitate gaming promotions and games
- Cross sell promotions and activities
This position will require availability on weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Friday. As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered throughout the day including evenings.
About you
Bringing energy and enthusiasm, you have a passion for delivering high quality unique experience to enhance the overall entertainment experience for our members and guests. You are confident to host events and speak in front of large groups. Previous experience in a similar position or other promotional positions is highly regarded but not essential. Working nights and weekends fits with your work/life balance. Large team environments appeal to you and you enjoy work with people.
Certifications required: RSA and RCG
