Suncoast Asphalt is a progressive asphalt provider servicing commercial and residential customers across south-east Queensland. We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated qualified to join the Suncoast Asphalt Contracting Team as a Bitumen Sprayer Driver located in Narangba, QLD , with jobs in and around the greater Brisbane area.
As a Bitumen Sprayer Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road construction projects, operating and maintaining bitumen spraying equipment. You'll work closely with our crew to ensure high-quality application and adherence to safety standards.
Role requirements
- A commitment to working safely with a positive attitude
- Operate bitumen spraying equipment safely & efficiently
- Prepare & maintain equipment before and after use
- Follow project plans and specifications for bitumen application
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct routine inspections and reporting of any issues
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience of minimum 1 year in bitumen spraying
- Understanding of road construction process
- Attention to detail and safety conscious
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
- Possession of a White Card for the construction industry
- HR licence and Dangerous Goods as required for role

- Hourly rate from $40, pending experience, is negotiable. Plus penalty rates, plus super
