About the Role:
We are working with a rapid-growing non-bank lender for an Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and lead process improvement initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-growth workplace based in Sydney, CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and enhance end-to-end operational processes from onboarding to settlement, including hardship management, collections, and complaints
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive improvement initiatives across operational teams
- Build and deliver change management plans to assess initiative success
- Conduct process mapping, analysis, and continuous improvements
- Oversee operational system innovation and enhancements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are executed effectively
About You:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in fintech, lending, or financial services
- Robust analytical, problem-solving,
and resource management skills
- Project and change management experience
- Experience in stakeholder collaboration and management
- Familiarity with CRM, automation, and reporting tools
- Experience in process improvement and risk mitigation
- Self-motivated with a drive to continuously improve
