The Role
We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. Your work will be wide-ranging and exciting. One day you might be supporting a participant on a day out to the beach, movies, or a sporting event. The next day could involve attending medical appointments or providing companionship at home. Every day is an opportunity to make a real difference.
What We’re Looking For
- Have Cert III in Disability or higher (or equivalent experience)
- Have experience in high care, mental health, trauma-informed care, or behaviours of concern
- Hold a current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certificates
- Have a full and clean Australian driver’s license and access to a fully insured, reliable vehicle
- Possess good communication skills,
empathy, and the ability to work independently
- Remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Additional Requirements
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia
- International police check (if applicable) or current police check within 6 months
