About the Role
You will value the connections you form with your clients, making a real and meaningful difference in their lives by giving them freedom of choice and assisting them to maintain independence within their community. This role requires you to be available to work a range of shifts that may include early mornings, late afternoons and/or weekends. You must also possess a valid Drivers Licence and have your own vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the individual care plan needs of residents with a range of activities including domestic duties, personal care, and transport.
- Administration of medication.
- Complying with Work, Health and Safety requirements, performance standards and Customer Service Quality standards.

Key Role Requirements
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support/Ageing.
- Permanent working rights within Australia.
- National Police Clearance.
- Current Influenza Statement and Covid‑19 Vaccinations (highly desirable).
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Highly developed presentation skills, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to operate in a team environment.
