The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Wodonga, VIC (3690). We also welcome passionate individuals looking to gain experience in the waste industry. As a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining a diverse fleet of 100 commercial waste vehicles.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

What you’ll be responsible for
- Efficiently service, maintain fleet over 100 vehicles
- Complete daily work tasks as assigned by the Workshop Supervisor
- Record, monitor stock and part levels and advise any discrepancies
- Monitor and manage stock levels, reporting any discrepancies
What you’ll need to be successful
- Australian recognised Diesel / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic's trade certificate 3
- Proven mechanical experience in the automotive repair industry
- HR licence and Forklift ticket (desirable)
- Previous hydraulic experience or electrical would be highly regarded
- Recent graduates, Diesel Fitters, or Light Vehicle Mechanics looking to upskill are encouraged to apply
