Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Townsville, QLD. As a Housekeeping Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our rental properties. Daily tasks include performing laundry duties, organizing cleaning schedules, and ensuring properties meet skilled cleanliness standards. Additionally,



you will assist with maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and may provide training for other staff members. The role requires direct collaboration with the team and customer service interactions when needed.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Laundry and general cleaning tasks
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and cleaning schedules effectively
- Ability to conduct and support Training for team members as needed
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Previous experience in hospitality or property management is advantageous
- Flexibility to work on-site in Townsville, QLD
