The Role
As a Support Worker in our shared living team, you’ll be the first friendly face clients see each day. You’ll help them get ready, set goals, and step into their day with confidence. From personal care to community adventures, you’ll be part of the magic that makes mornings matter. Not only do we have the early morning 6am starts, we also need workers who are flexible to work afternoons, sleep and active awake. These positions will be on a permanent basis supporting clients in 2 of our houses in Seven Hills and Plumpton.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Morning Motivator: Support clients with their morning routines, breakfast, and daily prep
- Skill Builder: Help build independence through everyday tasks and life skills
- Community Connector: Get clients out and about—appointments, programs, or just a valuable walk
- Behaviour Supporter:
Follow personalised plans with empathy and consistency
- Admin Extraordinaire: Keep notes tidy and communication flowing
- Team Player: Work closely with families and fellow support workers to keep things smooth
Who You Are
- You’re a morning person with a heart for helping!
- You’ve got experience in disability support, supporting clients with behaviours of concern is a must!
- You’re confident with personal care
- You bring resilience, empathy, and a can‑do attitude
- You’re studying or have a Cert in Community Services? Even better!
- You thrive in a team and love bringing good vibes to work
