About The Role
We’re looking for a Part-Time Assistant Educator who thrives in inclusive, collaborative environments. As an OSHC Assistant Educator, you’ll create fun, interactive learning experiences for primary school‑aged children while ensuring a safe, welcoming space for everyone.
What You’ll Bring
- A genuine passion for working with children and families.

- Knowledge of the National Education and Care Law, National Quality Framework, and My Time Our Place Framework (or a willingness to learn).
- The ability to foster diverse, inclusive learning environments.
- Dedication to best practices for health, safety, and wellbeing.
- A robust commitment to maintaining a child‑safe culture.
- Experience working with or volunteering in child‑focused environments.
- Knowledge of educational frameworks (highly regarded but not essential).
