About This Opportunity
Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Full‑time Control Room Officer to provide excellent customer service and emergency response at one of our sites in Sydney CDB.
You will receive a permanent full‑time roster tailored for optimal work‑life balance, with compensation featuring award‑based rates and additional allowances such as First Aid allowances where applicable. Responsibilities
- Assess and respond to situations of risk or hazard.
- Access control and monitoring of CCTV and alarm systems.
- Incident report writing and data logs.
- Site safety and monitoring.
- Providing consistent high‑quality customer service.
- Control access to security‑sensitive areas.
- Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees, and the general public.
- Monitor access control, alarm control, and CCTV to detect any security breaches or incidents.
- Risk identification, incident response, and issue resolution.
