Table Consulting (formerly Targeted Business Services) is a growing, client-focused accounting and advisory firm based in Brendale. We specialise in working with small businesses and family groups, offering strategic tax and business advice with a personal touch.
Our long-standing team take pride in supporting our clients and each other. With a caring and collaborative culture, we value people skills and timely communication. Our team members have been with the business long-term, and we're now seeking to expand due to organic growth.
About the Role
This is a flexible, part time opportunity (8–24 hours/week) for an experienced and qualified accountant (CA or CPA) who thrives in a supportive environment and wants to make a meaningful difference to clients.
You’ll manage a portfolio of businesses, family groups, and individuals, providing accounting, tax compliance, tax planning & advisory support.
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a public practice accounting firm
• CA or CPA qualified (essential)
• Proven experience working with small businesses and family groups
• Strong knowledge of current Australian taxation legislation
• Confident in preparing tax returns, financials,
activity statements for companies, trusts, partnerships and sole traders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Xero and ideally Xero Practice Manager
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
• A team player that takes pride in their work
