Executive Assistant – GM & Sales Leadership

Bend-tech Group (circa $50M revenue) is seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant to support our General Manager, Sales Manager, and Head of Large Contracts.
Your mission: create time and headspace for these three leaders so they can focus on strategy, key customers, and major contracts.
Salary & Bonus
- Base salary: $95,000 – $115,000 + superannuation, depending on experience
- Performance bonus: Eligibility for a performance-based bonus aligned with company performance
(Designed for a professional, motivated EA who can operate as a strategic partner rather than just an administrator.)
What you’ll do
- Own inboxes & calendars for three busy executives – triage emails, draft responses, protect focus time, and manage all scheduling.
- Run the meeting rhythm – organise meetings, prepare agendas, take clear minutes, and drive action follow-up through to completion.
- Support large contracts & sales – help pull together proposals, tenders and presentations, and keep key chance/contract trackers up to date.
- Leverage AI & modern tools – use (and keep learning) the latest AI tools to draft, summarise, research, and streamline admin and reporting.
- Be the glue – act as a professional, discreet point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers, and step in wherever needed.
What you bring
- Proven experience as an EA/PA supporting senior leaders (GM, Director, C-suite or similar).
- Strong skills in Outlook / Microsoft 365 and modern productivity tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
- A genuine interest in AI, automation and process improvement.
- A “go the extra mile” attitude and a desire to free up leaders for creative and strategic work.
