Our client is a privately owned Australian manufacturing business that has been a trusted supplier of high-quality agricultural components for decades. Operating from a well-equipped facility in Carole Park, Brisbane, the company is known for its strong focus on quality, safety, and operational discipline.

We are currently seeking reliable and safety-conscious Production Machine Operators to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This opportunity has arisen due to several valued team members approaching retirement, and we’re looking to welcome dedicated individuals who are ready to build a long-term career with us.

This is a hands‑on position involving the operation and basic maintenance of a variety of mechanical production equipment. You’ll join a stable and supportive team with a robust track record of long‑term employment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a range of machinery and equipment including (Presses, furnaces, grinders, welders, cutters, paint line, packing equipment)
- Load/unload products and assist with stacking product
- Monitor product quality and report any faults
- Record production output accurately
- Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For





- Machine operating experience (or similar mechanical/production skills)
- Mechanically minded with a willingness to learn
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Proven reliability and strong work ethic
- Safety-focused with good communication skills

- After the day shift training period you will allocate either shift;
Day Shift: 5:30am – 2:00pm (Mon–Thurs) 5:30am – 11:30am (Fri)
Afternoon Shift: 1:30pm – 10:00am (Mon – Thurs) 8:30am – 2:30pm (Fridays)
- Overtime opportunities during production peaks
- Weekly pay
- PPE and uniforms provided after probation
