In this role, you’ll
- Provide consistent, high‑quality general and deep cleans to the Sydney and NSW Customer Experience Centres and Stabling Yards.
- Play a key part in ensuring Sydney Trains delivers on its strategic objective of improving customer satisfaction and levels of cleanliness for our services.
- Work in locations across Sydney, Illawarra and the Wollongong region.
- Serve as a Fleet Customer Experience Cleaning Attendant at one of 39 locations.
Cleaning teams
- Maintenance & Stabling Yard Cleaners – full‑time 24‑hour rotating rosters, primarily night work, cleaning trains at the Maintenance Yards.
- Turnaround Cleaners – primarily part‑time with day and afternoon shifts at stations.

Successful applicants will undergo a paid on‑the‑job induction and training program at time of commencement to fully prepare you in how to undertake your role.
About you
- Self‑motivated and prioritise ensuring a high standard of cleanliness in everyday duties.
- Enjoy going above and beyond for customer service and are safety conscious.
- Willing and able to commit to a 24‑hour 7‑day rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, evenings and weekends.
