The Prospect
The MinRes Onslow Iron Warehouse team has an immediate requirement for a seasoned FIFO store person to join their close knit high performing team. This will be faced paced role will supporting the Team with the supply, storage, maintenance and distribution of all parts, stock and consumables for our Truck Maintenance Facility (TMF).
Full-time positions are based on a 2/1 roster with rotating day and night shifts, offering Fly In, Fly Out from Perth WA.
What is required?
- Previous FIFO experience working in a busy warehouse setting
- Current High Risk Work Forklift (LF) licence
- Unrestricted Australian Drivers licence
- A strong commitment to safety and quality of work
- Computer literacy including experience with the Microsoft Office suite
- Sound communication and time management skills
- The ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Unlimited Australian Work Rights
About Onslow Iron
Our Onslow Iron project is set to redefine mining in Western Australia through world-first autonomous road trains, industry leading dust free transport and innovative transshipping.
Taking shape 150 kilometres east of Onslow, the project will ship around 35 million tonnes of iron ore per year and is expected to have a mine life of more than 30 years.
The project will encompass the Ken’s Bore mine (approximately 150km from Onslow), Onslow Port infrastructure and Onslow Truck Maintenance Facility.
