Overview
Tipper Driver – Heidelberg Materials Australia is looking to recruit enthusiastic and experienced Tipper Drivers to join our Pink Lily Sands Fleet Team. We seek drivers who are passionate about safety, results-focused, and have a solid work ethic. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for delivering quarry products to our internal concrete plants and external job sites. This is a full-time casual role, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quarry products to internal concrete plants and external job sites as directed.
- Load and deliver quarry products as directed by the Quarry.
- Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment.
- Maintain effective communication and demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
Qualifications
- MC or HC Licence
- Experience operating Semi and truck and dog combinations
- Results-focused, self-motivated, and pride in work
- Positive safety focus
- Good understanding of the Transport Industry
- Willing to learn and progress within Heidelberg Materials Transport Department
- Quad Dog experience highly regarded
Compensation and Benefits
- Your base rate will be $42.75 per hour plus penalties (1.5x rate after 8 hours, 2x rate after 10 hours).
