Our Opportunity
Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking compactor and dozer operators to join our team today! This is a full‑time permanent position with AS‑AP starts available.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain our Compactor/Dozer machines on various civil construction sites around Sydney.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards in line with industry and company guidelines.
- Execute tasks with high productivity and precision, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Team up closely with project managers, wider site teams, and other operational staff.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all company policies regarding health, environmental practices, and safety.
Skills and Experiences
- Valid licence and certificates required for operating heavy machinery (i.e., VOC and SOA in Compactor and/or Dozer).
- A valid Australian driver’s license and a Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card).
- Experience operating a Compactor/Dozer ideally 3+ years.
- The passion to work collaboratively in a team and be able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to work safely and efficiently, with robust attention to detail.
